  Any real estate transaction has the potential for complications arising around closing. Sales in estate and power of attorney situations frequently have additional complicating factors.   Giving consideration to and addressing these matters prior to entering into a real estate sale agreement can minimize potential frustration, risk, cost and delay.

  Andrea Blonsky  is a lawyer with Underwood Gilholme Estate Lawyers whose practice focuses on estate planning, elder advocacy, and estate administration. With a background in corporate and real estate law, Andrea deals with the various aspects of estate planning and estate administration involving land and corporate interests.
