Eclectic Elegance in Estate and Succession Planning

A number of modern issues have created a great deal of complexity for estate and succession planning.  Some of these are societal, such as non-traditional families and geographic mobility.  It is common for heirs and assets to be located in different jurisdictions and even continents.  Some issues are regulatory, such as FATCA, increased transparency and constantly evolving tax laws.  How is a planner to assimilate these complexities and produce an effective and elegant estate and succession plan that protects clients in the way they wish?

Robert Worthington is a tax partner at Field Law LLP and handles a significant number of cross-border matters.  He works with business owners and introduces a framework to help other practitioners simplify the complexity in both domestic and cross border situations.

YOUR REGISTRATION OPTIONS ARERegistration is required for in person attendance.
